A licensing and subscription plugin built from scratch: license key generation, activation validation, recurring billing, WooCommerce integration, and a developer-friendly REST API + SDK.
A WordPress link-management plugin built solo that replaces several separate tools: link masking, affiliate management, click analytics with geo-location tracking, and automated broken-link monitoring. Owned end to end, from architecture to pricing to launch.
An AI-powered chatbot plugin that learns from a site's own content: content indexing, conversation analytics, resource uploads (PDF/images), and a fully customizable widget. Integrates OpenAI GPT and Google Gemini, with a growing base of active installs and strong reviews.
A website and uptime monitoring platform built from scratch on the Cloudflare edge: global checks, incident detection, and status alerting, running as JavaScript at the edge for low-latency probes worldwide.
A full e-commerce marketplace built from scratch serving the UK Bangladeshi community: product listings, vendor management, payment processing, and order fulfillment workflows.
The digital platform for the UK's leading bilingual (Bengali, English) newspaper: an award-winning publication with high-traffic content management, multimedia support, and advertising systems.
A standalone restaurant order-management application built from scratch: menus, live orders, kitchen flow, and payments, as a Laravel app with a Vue front end and real-time updates.
A Laravel mail service that sends transactional email across multiple providers (SendGrid, MailerSend, and more) with per-provider routing and automatic failover.
Contract engineering on a CRM and project management platform that also ships native apps on iOS, Android and Huawei. Built the AI chatbot and its integrations with Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp and Telegram, so conversations from all three channels arrive in one workspace.
A community and LMS platform for WordPress: spaces, feeds, courses and member management, with a free edition on wordpress.org. Built the reporting and data visualisation layer, and worked across the product on fixes.
Contract engineering on a customer support and helpdesk platform for e-commerce. Traced a memory leak in a production Node service and worked on the runtime migration that resolved it, alongside frontend bug fixing, while the platform kept serving customers throughout.
Contract engineering on a vehicle sharing and fleet management platform. Built vehicle, driver and customer reporting and the data visualisation around them, for operators running fleets across multiple cities.
